Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ensuring compliance with applicable laws and statutory obligations; establishing and implementing Policies & Procedures; compliance with the General Code of Conduct and Fit & Proper Requirements; fulfilling contractual obligations as per agreements; managing and overseeing the Firm’s team members rendering financial services, including those under Supervision; ensuring business processes are established and the Firm’s operational ability remains sustainable; and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and statutory obligations.
