Travis Robson, CMgr MCMI, MBA, PGDM, FIFM

Travis is an experienced financial services and fintech senior executive with 18 years of international experience. He is currently the CEO and Executive Director of Trive Investment in South Africa and CEO of Trive Financial Services in Mauritius, overseeing the expansion of Trive across Africa and the Middle East. Travis, a former member of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) Retail Advisory Committee, led efforts that influenced the retail investment sector. He played a pivotal role collaborated with regulators and government entities to ensure investor-friendly policies in South Africa. Travis possesses a Bachelor’s degree, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management, and an Executive MBA from Henley Business School. Travis is an Authorised Key Individual recognised by the FSCA, a Fellow of the South African Institute of Financial Markets and possesses the Charter in Management (CMgr) from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

CPD

CPD for FAIS purposes
This workshop provides verifiable CPD points in terms of the Determination of Fit and Proper Requirements for Financial Services Providers, BN 194 of 2017, provided that the content is appropriate for your role within the company. A certificate of attendance will be issued that could be submitted to your company’s compliance officer. The number of verifiable CPD hours will be up to 3 hours.

CPD for SAIFM members’ purposes
This workshop provides verifiable CPD points in terms of the CPD policy of SAIFM provided that the content is appropriate for your current or future role within the company. A certificate of attendance will be issued, which should be retained and submitted should you be selected for a SAIFM member CPD audit. The number of verifiable CPD hours will be up to 3 hours.
