or failing him/her, the CHAIRPERSON of the meeting as my proxy to speak and vote on my behalf at the Special General Meeting of SAIFM to be held on 23 June 2026, at 11h00 and at any adjournment thereof, and in particular to vote or abstain from voting on my behalf in respect of any matter which is proposed at the meeting, with or without modification.
