Sanlam Private Wealth is currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Senior Compliance Officer to join its team in Tygervalley.

This permanent position is suited to an experienced compliance professional with a strong understanding of financial markets, instruments and the regulatory landscape, particularly FAIS and JSE requirements.

Key requirements include:
• B Com (Law), LLB or similar FSCA-recognised qualification
• FSCA RE Examinations completed
• Eligibility for FAIS Compliance Officer and/or JSE Equity Compliance Officer registration
• 5–7 years’ compliance-related experience in the financial services industry
• Strong working knowledge of financial markets legislation
• SAIFM Compliance certification would be an advantage
