About the Role
On behalf of a Financial Services Provider (FSP), Minu Management is assisting in the recruitment of a Commercial Insurance Sales Specialist. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join a reputable organization within the financial services sector. The company specialises in:
- Commercial Asset Financing
- Heavy Commercial Vehicle (HCV) / Fleet Insurance
- Goods in Transit (GIT) Insurance
- Engineering Insurance
- General Commercial Insurance

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities via lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct client meetings (telephonic/in-person) to assess needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Present and explain insurance products, guiding clients to the best options.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
Qualifications & Experience
- RE5 certification (Compulsory)
- Minimum 5 years of face-to-face external sales with commercial clients.
- Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and relationship management.
- Fleet insurance experience is advantageous.
