About the Role

On behalf of a Financial Services Provider (FSP), Minu Management is assisting in the recruitment of a Commercial Insurance Sales Specialist. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join a reputable organization within the financial services sector. The company specialises in:

  • Commercial Asset Financing
  • Heavy Commercial Vehicle (HCV) / Fleet Insurance
  • Goods in Transit (GIT) Insurance
  • Engineering Insurance
  • General Commercial Insurance

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities via lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct client meetings (telephonic/in-person) to assess needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Present and explain insurance products, guiding clients to the best options.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

Qualifications & Experience

  • RE5 certification (Compulsory)
  • Minimum 5 years of face-to-face external sales with commercial clients.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and relationship management.
  • Fleet insurance experience is advantageous.
